Ladder 5, a 2010 Pierce Arrow XT, is a vital piece of apparatus in our firefighting fleet. With its 105-foot ladder, Ladder 5 provides exceptional reach for high-rise building fires, rescues, and other operations requiring elevated access. Equipped with a powerful 2000 GPM pump and a 500-gallon water tank, Ladder 5 ensures both effective fire suppression and versatility in various emergency scenarios.

This ladder truck is housed at Station 1, strategically located to offer rapid and efficient response times within our service area. The Pierce Arrow XT series is known for its durability, advanced safety features, and ergonomic design, making it an essential asset to our department.

Ladder 5 is staffed by a dedicated crew of highly trained firefighters who specialize in aerial operations and the use of this sophisticated equipment. The truck is equipped with:

  • Aerial ladder with a 105-foot reach for high-rise access
